My coaching mission is to provide an accomplishable process with sustainable results. Change can be everlasting, leading to a thriving life each and every day.
I will be your confidential partner in building out a step-by-step journey to achieve your dreams through the offering of a variety of resources, assessments, and supportive feedback.
Together we will create an achievable action plan by working from the inside out. Each journey will be customized on an individual basis. Most of my clients see transformational results after a 3-6 month commitment.

What is the Energy Leadership Index Assessment and how can it help me?
The ELI development system is like an x-ray vision into your brain, revealing why you behave the way you do and how you show up energetically in the world. You’ll learn the 7 levels of awareness and energy while being coached on the 8 building blocks of self mastery. You will learn and be able to understand where yourself and others are really coming from, allowing the ability to harness your strengths, engage and inspire action, and to transform yourself, all those around you, and your world, to greatness!
I truly believe that everyone is a leader, either by choice or default, and the question you must answer is how you plan to lead. The ELI assessment has been popularized by Forbes Executives and used by the world’s top leaders and creative visionaries, such as Princess Kate Middleton.
The online assessment consists of 84 questions and will take you about 20-30 mins to complete. As a master practitioner, I will analyze your results in detail and prepare a personal report for a 2-hour debrief session. We will work together to create transformational shifts towards positive change and leadership potential.
