My passion for life-long learning led me to pursue my dream of helping you fulfill yours!

An entrepreneur at heart, Maureen spent over 25 years in the publishing industry, which included owning and selling 2 publishing companies. Maureen founded her first company, Regan Publications in 1983 and sold the company 3 years later to American City Business Journals. She held the National Sales Director position for the company in Chicago until 1989. Maureen moved to Denver in 1989 to work as Publisher of the Denver Business Journal and as a Group Publisher for American City Business Journals. She held the post for 10 years.

Returning to her entrepreneur spirit, she partnered with Wiesner Media to create, develop and manage the Custom Publishing division, where she and her team published over 150 publications before she sold the company in 2013.

After raising 2 amazing children, and a painful decision to end a 10 year marriage, Maureen chose to start a new life in California.

Combining her 25 plus years in the publishing industry and a lifetime of spiritual self growth, Maureen began a new career as a certified life/executive coach and master practitioner in the Energy Leadership Index(ELI-MP)

She has designed her practice to help clients create a life of greatest purpose, passion, faith and love.

My Philosophy

Life’s joys and pitfalls have made me who I am today. Everyday on this earth gives me an opportunity to learn, love and give back. I don’t know it all, yet I know what I believe and it is this…our lives are to be lived fully and we are to be fully expressed. Once in a lifetime experiences are to be had in abundance.

There is no limit to what God has in store for us. I truly believe we are not to fear change but to embrace it, and to stay close to God, family and friends while living a life of service and deep faith.

Guiding clients is a real honor, and I am humbled for the opportunity to lift people up toward their highest selves.

One of the first steps we’ll take on our journey together involves clearing the blocks that hold you back. Far too often, fear, doubt, shame, past experiences, and limiting beliefs keep us from manifesting our dreams.

We may feel stuck. We may be afraid to take action. But joy is our birthright.

My mission is to provide an actionable process with sustainable results. And by working together, you can spark everlasting change and thrive: personally, professionally, and spiritually.

Coursework completed in the 7 levels of awareness and energy, and 8 building blocks of self mastery. I’ll show you how to understand where others (including yourself) are really coming from, to harness your strengths, engage and inspire yourself and others to action, and to transform yourself, all those around you, and your world, to greatness!

Spiritual Psychology and Mindful Certification

Over 300 hours of training in from the University of Santa Monica, Worldwide Center for the Study and Practice of Spiritual Psychology
